You know, when I listen to your experiences, I feel overwhelmed inside of me. And, and I wonder was there something that gave you the courage to continue? Was there something that what was the light or the beacon that you might have followed during that time?

What inspired you to become a coach and to use those skills to help other women? So what tips and strategies would you share for those who might resonate with that feeling of being stuck or not being able to move through things that they might be grieving or not wanting in their life anymore?
